Information
We're focused on making sure the customer gets the right product delivered to them. Therefore, orders DO NOT ship the same day. Orders received by Midnight EST will be shipped out the following business day. Products are shipped Monday through Friday only, excluding holidays. Once your order has been processed, a shipment confirmation will be sent to you stating exactly when your package will ship, as well as a tracking number for Federal Express shipments.
NOTE: We COMBINE shipping and handling of up to three products.
For example: Two Dry Pro products and/or PillowPaws or Ace bandage,
or combination thereof.
USPS
Priority Mail: This is the shipping method of choice. The
post office guarantees delivery within 2-3 days. They will deliver
on Saturdays.
Cost: $8.50 shipping/handling.
Federal
Express Overnight Delivery: Please note that Federal
Express does not consider Saturday as a transit day. Orders shipped
on Friday using this method will arrive on Monday.
Cost: $35.00 shipping/handling.
Federal
Express 2nd Day Delivery: Orders shipped on Thursday
using this method will be received on Monday. Orders shipped
on Friday will be received on Tuesday.
Cost: $20.00 shipping/handling.
Federal
Express Saturday Delivery: Orders shipped on Friday
will be received on Saturday. Make certain you want to incur
the cost of this service.
Cost: $42.50 shipping/handling.
UPS: Not available.
International: At this time, we do not ship outside the 50 United States.
